Mental Health Peer Mentoring (Non-clinical)
Lived-experience mentors supporting participants in recovery, routine, and self-worth.
Creative Expression & Self-Discovery Programs
Using journaling, art, storytelling, or music to explore identity, grief, emotions, or trauma recovery.
Employment & Transition Supports
Volunteer Matching & Support to Sustain It
Assist participants gain volunteer placements and keep them.
Resume Creation & Interview Coaching
SLES-style supports open to older participants or private clients who don’t meet criteria for SLES.

Holistic Wellness & Community Engagement

Gardening & Nature Therapy Sessions
Great for mental health, motor skills, and community engagement.
Supported Participation in Interest-Based Groups
e.g. Book clubs, cooking classes, dance groups, fishing trips—staff can accompany and help with social skills.

Under the direction of a referring therapist, our AHAs can assist clients with:
