Kel & Co. Allied Health is a community-driven service dedicated to empowering NDIS participants through tailored capacity-building, wellness, and skill development supports. As an expansion of the trusted Kel & Co. Care brand which has been proudly supporting individuals across the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane for over five years — our allied health branch continues the same commitment to personalised, high-quality care.
Led by experienced directors Kel and Nicky, our team combines compassion, professionalism, and real-world understanding of participant needs. We offer a range of non-therapy-based services including life skills training, employment and transition supports, psychosocial enrichment, and guided Allied Health Assistant programs.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live with confidence, purpose, and connection and we’re here to support that journey, every step of the way.
Our Story
Kel & Co. Allied Health was born from a strong foundation of trust, teamwork, and a shared vision for better support.
Kel and Nicky first met as colleagues in the disability sector, quickly discovering a mutual drive to provide care that was genuinely participant-focused, flexible, and empowering. Over time, their professional relationship grew into a powerful partnership built on respect, honesty, and a joint passion for improving lives.
With Kel at the helm of Kel & Co. Care for over five years and Nicky playing a key leadership role in operations and participant support for the past three years, the next step felt natural — to expand into Allied Health and offer capacity-building, skill development, and holistic support services under the same values that made Kel & Co. Care so trusted.
Kel & Co. Allied Health is the result of that evolution; a service built on lived experience, sector knowledge, and a heartfelt belief that everyone deserves support tailored to their goals, their pace, and their life.
